A brand new year. Happy 2014!
Hello people! So let me kickstart this new year with a brand new blogpost. First of all - NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION, a secular tradition common around the world. Not wanting to be so long-winded, allow me to list out 10 of my new year's resolution:-
1. To pass my exam with flying colours and enter prestigious universities!
2. Eat healthily - cut down on my intake on chocolates and other desserts. (life's hard but nvm)
3. Be more active by participating in events & activities :o
4. Get along better with people and make new friends :]
5. Help out people who are in need! I've learnt to appreciate everything I have.
6. Be a better person by changing the smallest things in life. More forgiving? Surprising someone special?
7. Exercise more! Yes, I should overcome my laziness on exercising.
8. To travel around the world and gain experiences.
9. Learn cooking and baking AND spread the love! <3
10. Perhaps take up dance classes? Heh. :p
Celebrated the last few hours of 2013 & counting down for 2014 with my love last night. Had BBQ party at her house!
And now, let me write a short post about my lunch at AnMour Cafe yesterday situated at Taman Sutera Utama, Johor Bahru, Johor. I've decided to come here with my brother since I was craving for cheese baked rice and I must admit that their cheese baked rice is good. The portion of the food here is pretty big and for that kind of portion, the price is reasonable. Here's a picture of the spaghetti carbonara which my brother ordered.
The sauce is not as creamy as I expected it to be, it's actually kind of watery which is not to my liking. My brother had the same thought as me.
And the rice in the picture below is what I ordered!
Alfredo creamy cheese baked rice! I would recommend this as I personally think that everything was baked to perfection. A generous amount of ham and mushroom was given and the mozzarella cheese on top gives you the 'Oomph'.
Would definitely come back to this cafe again to enjoy some cheese baked rice or probably burgers and steaks and even their signature crazy mud pie!
